Great time at Karaoke Night!

We had around 45-50 people and discovered some hidden talents!

Doreen and Ray, from "Gold Coast Karaoke" were great people... if you want to see them again soon, they will be at the Islip beach every Tuesday for the summer. Or you can check their website here for other events.

Thank you to all the people who brought food to share... what a spread !

Eagle Scout Project

benefitting our Church!

Ian Schneider, of Troop 327, will be painting the fellowship hall as his Eagle Project. He will be in church next Sunday, May 12th, to give you details on the project and how you can support him in his fundraising efforts.

Additionally, another scout is working on a future plan to restore the playground.. way to go Scouts!

Thrivent representative, Derek, was here on April 28th to explain how becoming a Thrivent insurance member can benefit our church.

Update: proceeds of $1,395.00, from Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser, helped lower the remaining balance to $3,205.00.

Thank you to all for your continuous and generous donations!

Recently, we've had some loans against our Memorial account, to pay for some big items, such as installing air conditioning & replacing the oil burner in the Wolpert building.

Good News: Thanks to several generous donations, made over the last few months, we were able to pay back the entire air conditioning loan. This allows us to focus on the remaining balance of oil burner replacement of $4,600.
